A creator made an account for me even though I already have an account on Indiegogo. Can I use my existing account to handle my pledge?

When creators import pledges from any outside platform to the pledge manager, Indiegogo automatically creates accounts for all imported e-mails that are not in our base. If the e-mail you used on the other platform doesn't have an account on Indiegogo, a new account with this specific e-mail is created for you. This e-mail is tied to the pledge you made on the external platform and the creator needs it to fulfill your pledge.
