A creator made an account for me even though I already have an account on Indiegogo. Can I use my existing account to handle my pledge?

When creators import pledges from any outside platform to the pledge manager, Indiegogo automatically creates accounts for all imported e-mails that are not in our base. If the e-mail you used on the other platform doesn't have an account on Indiegogo, a new account with this specific e-mail is created for you. This e-mail is tied to the pledge you made on the external platform and the creator needs it to fulfill your pledge. If you have any questions regarding your pledge, please contact the creator directly.

NOTE: You may also ask the creator to transfer your pledge from one account to another. Reach out to the creator(s) of the project(s) you have on the second account with a request to transfer them.
