Communication preferences - how to change notifications from Indiegogo?

In "Communication preferences" in the account menu, you can define the subscription settings of email notifications for each project and creator. You can choose between push/email/both or no notification settings.

System messages

You cannot unsubscribe from system messages as they are necessary to fulfill your pledges and use our platform. These are automatic e-mails such as pledge confirmations, changes in pledge status, payment confirmations, payment errors, etc.

Newsletter

We send this newsletter more or less once a month and it includes active campaigns and pledge managers.

Comment replies

Notifications about a new reply to your comment.

Community life

Notifications about profiles you follow, newest comments, your new followers, etc.

Messages from the creator and project:

General

These messages include info about the campaign's start, end, or any other changes in its status. You'll get a notification when a creator you've followed or backed launches a new campaign.

Updates

Messages informing about a new update posted by the creator of the project.
