Editing pledges

As a creator, you can edit a pledge (order) of a backer. Click "Orders" and "Order list" to see the full list of orders and find the one you want to edit using filters. Click the order ID to view the details, and then click "Edit order" in the top right corner to make changes.

NOTE: Remember to click "Confirm" when you are done with your edits. You will see a window with a summary of the changes, and then you need to confirm them:

If a backer makes changes to the order but has not yet submitted them (e.g., has new, unpaid items in the cart), you will see the proper information when editing the order. You can decide whether you want to take the changes into consideration when editing the order or not. You can also view the edited order before making any changes. This is useful when you want the backer to make changes to the order that you will only accept later:

Any changes you make will be processed by our system. The order status and amount will be updated accordingly. The backer will also be notified about any significant changes via email.
