Pledge manager reminders

You can send email reminders about unfinished pledges to your backers. If you want to use this option, go to Project settings and select Communication, where you’ll find a button in the top right corner.

Once you click the button, you’ll see a summary of how many people will receive these notifications. You can send these notifications periodically (every 7 days by default).

NOTE: Backers can unsubscribe from these notifications. You will see accurate information about the number of unsubscribed backers in the summary.
