Creating new order for a backer

Once your crowdfunding campaign ends, you can create new orders for your backers from scratch. To do this, go to Orders -> Order list, click the three-dot button, and choose "Create order":

You'll see the following window:

You can create a new order by adding the backer's email. You will be transferred to the order details view, where you can add products and make other changes:

If the backer already has an order, you will be informed about it and you will have the choice to create a new order for this person or edit an already existing one:
