Changing order shipping stage

NOTE: Here you will find a list of all payment statuses and order stages with their descriptions.

As a creator, you can change the order shipping stage. Click the tool button in the top right corner, choose the project you want to manage from the list on the left, and click "Orders". You'll see a list of all orders made in this project.

Set shipping stage

To find the order you want to edit, you can search the order list using filters. In "Stages" filter you have a list of all available order stages. Check the box of the stage of orders you want to change and click "Apply filter". You'll see a list of all orders with statuses you ticked. To mark all these orders, tick the box next to the "Order ID" at the top of the table. To make a group change of statuses of the chosen orders, click "Set shipping stage" at the top of the page:

You'll see the following window:

Click the list under "New stage" to choose the new stage for the orders. You can add a public note for your backers (for example, "your order has been shipped") and a private note for your eyes only. Click "Update" to save the changes.

NOTE: The above method allows you to change the chosen order(s) to one new stage. It means you cannot make multiple stage changes at once. To edit multiple stages at once, you have to use the Upload Stage Changes button:

For bulk updating stages, you need to export the selected orders that you want to update. Depending on the type of export, copy and paste the following information into the upload file (you can base it on the example file):

First, you need the order ID or order code. Find it in the order export file, copy, and paste it into the first row. If you want to find the current stage of an order, search "OrderStage". Then, enter the updated status:

"Note" and "Private note" columns are optional.

"Note" is a comment for the customer. It will be displayed in the order status history and email notifications. It can be used to enter the tracking number/info for the backer.

"Private note" is a note you can make for yourself. Your customer will never see it.

Once the file is ready, go to "Orders" and click "Upload stage changes". You'll see the following window:

You can choose to send notifications to users about the stage update. Choose the file and click "Upload". The stages should be updated.
