General project settings

Here you'll find the description of general project settings:

Project name

The name of your project. This is how it will be displayed to backers. After the project has been launched, changing the project name will require contacting your account manager.

Project URL

The public address of your project. IMPORTANT: It CANNOT be changed after the project has been published.

Item weight unit

Defines the default weight unit in all admin views.
Publication date
Date when the project was published.

Project category

A single category that best reflects the type of project. Note: it cannot be changed after publishing.

Project tags

Multiple tags that describe key features, content types, or thematic elements - helping users discover your project more easily.

Project thumbnail

This image is used when displaying your project on lists (e.g. the 'explore projects' page). Recommended size: 700x700.

Cover image

It will be displayed as the background at the top of your project page. It should not contain any text. The image will have a darkening filter added automatically. Minimum size: 1743x498 (21:6 proportion).

Social media image

This image will appear on social media (e.g. Facebook, X, etc.) when someone shares this project. If you don't add this image, the avatar image will be used instead. Recommended size: 1200x630.

Displayed funding value

The funding amount is shown in the project. You can choose to display all funding (including pledge manager, shipping, etc.) or only the amount collected during crowdfunding. Note: you will be able to change this setting once you open the late pledge or pledge manager stage for your project.

Campaign goal

The amount required for the campaign to succeed.

Requested launch date

The date you would like the crowdfunding to start. Plan the date to at least 7 days from now so we can review it. Once the date you have chosen is approved by our team, you will only be able to change it to a later date. Please ensure that the date and time values are set based on the local time zone.

Campaign scheduled end

The date of crowdfunding end. It can be set as early as 24 hours after launch. The campaign can't be longer than 60 days.

Enable endgame

The endgame phase begins when a pledge or upgrade is made within the last 10 minutes of the scheduled crowdfunding time. Each new pledge or upgrade resets the countdown to 10 minutes, but each backer can extend the campaign only once. The countdown continues until no further pledges or upgrades are made, at which point the timer runs out and the campaign ends.
