Creator Digest
What is the Creator Digest?
The Creator Digest is an email summary of recent actions and comments across your projects. It's an incredibly useful tool for keeping track of your campaign's engagement by consolidating all updates into a single email to help you manage your inbox. In order to reduce the volume of emails you receive, we have included all project summaries within one message.
What's Included in the Digest?
The digest provides a roundup of key metrics and activities, including:
- The number of new and canceled pledges
- Changes in your total follower count
- New comments posted on your projects
- Highlights of the most active discussions related to your projects
Who can get Creator Digest?
Every user with a creator-level role is eligible to receive the Digest. To learn more about assigning roles to users, please refer to this article.
How to Manage Your Digest Settings
You have the flexibility to decide how often you receive this summary, or you can opt-out at any time if you don't need it.
- Access the admin panel and navigate to your Creator Account Settings.
- Find the General settings tab.
- Locate the Creator Digest settings. Here you can select your preferred frequency or turn the digest off. Bear in mind that you're changing the frequency for all recipients of Creator Digest.
Digest Scheduling
Digests are sent out automatically based on the frequency you choose:
- Daily: Sent every day at midnight UTC.
- Weekly: Sent every Monday at 2 AM UTC.
- Monthly: Sent on the first day of the month at 4 AM UTC.
Unsubscribing from Creator Digest
Users have the option to unsubscribe from the Digest by managing their Communication Preferences within their account settings.
